On average, therapy sessions last between 2 to 5 hours, and will take place daily or a few days a week. Typically, the duration of therapy spans about 1 to 3 years. However, since each child has unique learning styles and skills to develop, the timing may vary for each individual. Your dedicated BCBA will create a personalized plan that fits your child’s specific needs. As they progress and master skills, your BCBA will re-evaluate and update the therapy plan.

Bailey Jones MA, BCBA, LBA earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from West Virginia University, where she also completed a fellowship in Behavioral Gerontology and a clinical internship at the Neurodevelopmental Center. After obtaining her BCaBA credential, Bailey went on to earn her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology, achieving her BCBA certification. Bailey has provided ABA services in-home, community, school, clinic, and long-term care facilities. Bailey’s passion lies in Organizational Behavior Management, with a focus on developing systems that promote clinician growth through connection, compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence. She believes that lasting success in the field is built on the foundation of behavior analytic principles, integrity, and best practice.

She received both her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Her research interests include improving supervision practices, caregiver training, tolerance training, and functional behavior assessments. She is passionate about making the science of behavior analysis consumable and furthering the impact behavior analysts can have in their clinical practice through increasing their confidence, competence, and compassion.
